- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the shredded cheeses
- Mix until well combined
- Fold in the shredded chicken
- Transfer to an oven-safe baking dish
- Top with remaining cheeses
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden
Notes
Use freshly cooked chicken rather than canned for best results. Rotisserie chicken works wonderfully. Adjust heat level by using mild, medium, or hot buffalo sauce. Can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and stored refrigerated.
