Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers for serving

Method

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or similar oven-safe dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture and stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Fold in 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella cheese, reserving some cheddar for topping. If using blue cheese, add it now.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly with a golden-brown cheese crust.
  7. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before garnishing with sliced green onions.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience; adjust buffalo sauce for preferred spice level; can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking; serves well with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or sliced baguette.
